But Green vegetable means uncooked (RAW) vegetables, not the cooked. I know it is tough to do, but it is very simple. You don't have to eat all the vegetables in raw form because of not every vegetable we can digest in RAW form. You can eat vegetables like Cabbage, Carrot, tomato, Cucumber, Spinach, etc. These vegetables are so much high in nutrients and minerals and they have lots of antioxidants fibers and vitamins.

When you overcook any vegetable in oil on high heat then vegetables are almost burned So you didn't get those nutrients in the cooked vegetables. You are just filling your stomach with fat. You are not getting any health benefits with this food because you need nutrients for your body parts like kidney, brain, heart to works normally. 

You must eat raw vegetables or you can make mix salat of these vegetables and eat this before lunch and dinner. Remember, you have to eat it before, not after lunch and dinner.
